About: Elena is a fourth-year undergraduate psychology student at the University of British Columbia. Her research interests include sexual dysfunction, particularly pain, as well as sexual wellbeing throughout the lifespan. The impact of physiological experiences on psychological wellbeing, and vice versa, are particularly interesting to her. She hopes to pursue graduate studies upon completing her bachelor’s degree, helping others overcome health-related setbacks.
